I was delighted when this soon-to-retire history teacher reached out to me. He has an amazing apartment that he has rented for years and plans to stay in through retirement. Having worked incredibly hard for years to save, he never splurged on the small luxuries of life. However, looking at spending more time at home, he wanted to add in the creature comforts of a well designed home.

In this small room we needed to add storage for his large collection of books while also providing a retreat for him to enjoy. He wanted these build in book shelves to be real Cherry wood, and allow for the storage and flexibility of space.
